Romania building project

A group of lads and dads from Leatherhead are heading out to Romania to transform a worn down building. They plan to turn the space into a usable training room for the young people of the area, (many from orphanages) kickstarting their journey towards finding jobs and learning new skills.

Romania, a couple of facts:
- Once known as the "the bread basket of Europe"
- Romania is one of the poorest places in Europe
- Years of communist rule left people starving and uneducated (1989)
- still many orphans
- Even joining the E.U (2007) corruption still widespread.

We need to try and raise £5,000 to buy all the materials needed and cover petrol for the 2 day drive!

This is a great opportunity for the skilled and unskilled men from Leatherhead to showcase their talent and get a glimpse of life outside surrey.

If you feel you can donate anything or have any idea's as to how to fund raise please do get in touch!

Hope you're all having a good day :)
